Lately I have been to several shows of new production and it is really fun and exciting but also quite time consuming. Each screening takes at least an hour, often more and it becomes easy sausage stuffing of different phases, floor plans, choice of materials, build quality etc. What strikes me is how different the people you meet who only work with selling their project are, quite often they sit in a simple little booth and very often they can not show anything more than very nice pictures, created by professionals web designers who really sell!
There are probably more than 250 different new production projects underway now on the Costa del sol of very varying quality, location and range. In my opinion, much of the new production is in less attractive locations, simply because it is already built up near the sea and the city, all plots are occupied. But sometimes it stands out really good and unique projects and here I want to present a couple of pieces.
In beautiful Cabopino, with wonderful nice beaches, cute little marina, several good restaurants and 10 minutes by car to Marbella, such a cozy, beautiful and slightly smaller project with unbeatable views of the bay of Marbella, the sea, the mountains and nature will be built! Another thing I am really looking forward to following is the development of a new project that was launched at the end of the summer just outside the very popular old fishing village of La Cala de Mijas. It is incredibly beautiful on a hill 1 km from the sea in the southwest with wonderful views of the sea and the beautiful surroundings. It offers a luxury resort with paddle courts, basketball / soccer field, putting green, gym and several pool areas. You do not have to leave the area;) but if you want it you can reach the cute little village in about 15 minutes walk and there are plenty of restaurants, tapas bars and shops, lovely beach promenade - price from 289,000 Euros.
