From this well-maintained house located as the lowest residence on the street, which gives a beautiful view of the sea, we have walking distance to the lovely beach (800m) in Carvajal with all its chiringuitos and beach clubs. A few steps away the beach promenade begins, that runs along the entire coastline of Fuengirola. Here you can enjoy the enormous range of, among other things, restaurants, bars, shops and activities for both children and adults. The short distance to Malaga airport is really a nice bonus, and you can get there in about 15 minutes by car.

On the upper floor we have 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 2 bathrooms, one bedroom is ensuite and the other bathroom is located by the kitchen/living room and can be used as a guest toilet. On the lower floor we have another 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, as well as a separate entrance to the pool area, which makes this floor perfect if you have guests who want privacy.
The villa is partially renovated, but the vendor have saved a lot of charming southern European details, and combined this with fresh Scandinavian styling. The kitchen has new appliances, wine fridge, recessed spotlights and light tones. Adjacent, we have the dining room and the spacious living room with fireplace, from which you come directly out to the glazed terrace that runs along the entire side of the house towards the sea. There is room here for both an additional dinner table with chairs as well as a cozy lounge area, perfect when the temperature drops and you choose to be a little more indoors.
